Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Pumpkin / பரங்கிக் காய் - cut into cubes
  • 500 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
  • 1 tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை

Instructions
 

  • Add butternut squash, vegetable broth and pressure cook it for 5~6 whistles
  • Blend them in a blender and strain if required
  • Add salt, sugar and dissolve them thoroughly
  • Add fresh cream and mix thoroughly bring to a boil
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot along with bread croutons
