Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Baby Potato - boiled n peeled – 500gm
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seed / வெந்தயம்
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 4 – 5 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய் - adjust to your spice level
  • 3 tbsp Mustard oil / கடுகு எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 inch Ginger / இஞ்சி
  • 4 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 tsp Kalonji
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை

Instructions
 

  • Grind fenugreek, mustard, red chili, ginger, garlic and keep aside
  • Heat mustard oil in a pan
  • Add cumin, kalonji, curry leaves and fry well
  • Add potato and roast it
  • Add the ground paste, salt and mix well
  • Cook for about 5min
  • Serve hot
