Instructions
Grind fenugreek, mustard, red chili, ginger, garlic and keep aside
Heat mustard oil in a pan
Add cumin, kalonji, curry leaves and fry well
Add potato and roast it
Add the ground paste, salt and mix well
Cook for about 5min
Serve hot
