Besan ka Cheela
Ingredients
- 3 cup Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
- ¼ cup Corn flour
- 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
- 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - finely chopped
- 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
- 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - finely chopped
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 5 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and make it a batter by adding water little by little
- Heat dosa tawa in medium flame
- Spread one ladle full of batter into thin circle
- Add oil around the edges of cheela
- Once the color changes gently reverse the cheela and allow it to cook for a minute

Serve hot with tomato chutney/ketchup
