Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
  • ¼ cup Corn flour
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - finely chopped
  • 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 5 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients and make it a batter by adding water little by little
  • Heat dosa tawa in medium flame
  • Spread one ladle full of batter into thin circle
  • Add oil around the edges of cheela
  • Once the color changes gently reverse the cheela and allow it to cook for a minute

Notes

Serve hot with tomato chutney/ketchup
