Instructions
Mix all ingredients and make it a batter by adding water little by little
Heat dosa tawa in medium flame
Spread one ladle full of batter into thin circle
Add oil around the edges of cheela
Once the color changes gently reverse the cheela and allow it to cook for a minute
Notes
Serve hot with tomato chutney/ketchup
