Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Capsicum / குடை மிளகாய்
  • 2 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - boiled, peeled n mashed
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
  • 3 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
  • 1 inch piece Ginger / இஞ்சி - minced
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 1 tsp Mango powder, Dry
  • 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder / சீரகத் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 20 nos Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு - crushed
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 50 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Cut capsicum on the top and de,seed them
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add cumin, fry for a min
  • Add garlic, ginger, fry for a min
  • Add onion, fry until color changes
  • Add green peas, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, cashew nuts, salt mix well
  • Add potato, mix well
  • Fill the capsicum with the kofta mix
  • Shallow fry the stuffed capsicum well until capsicum cooked tender
  • Transfer fried capsicum into a bowl
  • Add remaining kofta, aamchur, tomato, water
  • Bring to a boil, make it into a gravy
  • Pour over the capsicum

Notes

Serve hot along with any rice or roti
