Instructions
Cut capsicum on the top and de,seed them
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin, fry for a min
Add garlic, ginger, fry for a min
Add onion, fry until color changes
Add green peas, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, cashew nuts, salt mix well
Add potato, mix well
Fill the capsicum with the kofta mix
Shallow fry the stuffed capsicum well until capsicum cooked tender
Transfer fried capsicum into a bowl
Add remaining kofta, aamchur, tomato, water
Bring to a boil, make it into a gravy
Pour over the capsicum
Notes
Serve hot along with any rice or roti
