Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook carrot up to 5 whistles
  • Allow it to cool, grind it well
  • Strain out the pieces
  • Repeat grind, strain process until you get all the pieces well ground
  • Mix with vegetable broth, cream
  • Heat, bring to a boil
  • Add salt, mix well

Notes

Serve hot along with soup sticks or bread croutons
