Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cup Basmati Rice / பாசுமதி அரிசி - cooked with little salt and butter
- ½ cup Spring Onion - finely chopped
- ½ cup Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - finely chopped
- ½ cup Bay leaf, Dry - finely chopped
- ½ cup Capsicum, Big - finely chopped
- ½ cup Onion / வெங்காயம் - long cut
- 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
- 2 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce
- 60 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்
- 2 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in the frying pan
- Add chopped ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil
- Add chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins
- Add all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins
- Add 1 spoon of soy sauce & 1 spoon of chili sauce & stir
- After 5 mins add cooked rice in the pan, add salt and stir well
- Add remaining 2 spoon of soy sauce and stir properly, mix it properly
- Add ½ spoon oil from side and stir well
- Add finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice and stir little bit
- Garnish with coriander leaves, spring onion bulb
