Instructions
Heat the oil in the frying pan
Add chopped ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil
Add chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins
Add all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins
Add 1 spoon of soy sauce & 1 spoon of chili sauce & stir
After 5 mins add cooked rice in the pan, add salt and stir well
Add remaining 2 spoon of soy sauce and stir properly, mix it properly
Add ½ spoon oil from side and stir well
Add finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice and stir little bit
Garnish with coriander leaves, spring onion bulb
