Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Poha / அவல்
  • ½ cup Peanut / வேர்க் கடலை
  • ½ cup Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு
  • ½ cup Chana Dhal, roasted / பொட்டுக் கடலை
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு
  • 100 ml Oil / எண்ணெய் - to fry
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • ½ tsp Sugar, powdered / சர்க்கரைத் தூள் - optional
  • 2 tbsp Raisin - optional

Instructions
 

  • Fry poha, peanuts, cashew nuts, roasted gram, curry leaves, raisins individually carefully until crispy
  • Drain oil well
  • Add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, sugar powder and mix well
  • Store in air tight container

Notes

Variation
* This can be done with corn flakes, rice flakes, puffed poha
* Could add fried dry coconut
