Instructions
Fry poha, peanuts, cashew nuts, roasted gram, curry leaves, raisins individually carefully until crispy
Drain oil well
Add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, sugar powder and mix well
Store in air tight container

Variation
* This can be done with corn flakes, rice flakes, puffed poha
* Could add fried dry coconut
