Corn Cheezy Spring Roll
Ingredients
- ½ cup Rice / அரிசி - cooked
- 1 cup Corn - boiled
- 4 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - fresh grounded
- ½ cup Cheese - grated
- 10 nos Spring Roll sheets
- 250 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan
- Add garlic, sauté it well until golden brown
- Add corn, cooked rice, sauté well
- Add vinegar, soy sauce, mix well
- Cook closed for about 3~5min
- Switch off the flame, allow it to cool
- Spread the spring roll sheets
- Stuff the above mix and roll them up. Use little water to stick the edges so that it will not break open during deep frying
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- Deep fry the rolled up spring rolls
Notes
Serve hot along with diluted soy cause or tomato ketchup or chili sauce
