Spring Roll sheets

Instructions
Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan
Add garlic, sauté it well until golden brown
Add corn, cooked rice, sauté well
Add vinegar, soy sauce, mix well
Cook closed for about 3~5min
Switch off the flame, allow it to cool
Spread the spring roll sheets
Stuff the above mix and roll them up. Use little water to stick the edges so that it will not break open during deep frying
Heat oil in a frying pan
Deep fry the rolled up spring rolls
Notes
Serve hot along with diluted soy cause or tomato ketchup or chili sauce
