Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Okra / வெண்டைக் காய் - finely long cut
  • 4 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு
  • 1 tsp Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
  • 2 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 2 tsp Mango powder, Dry
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 5 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Mix cut bhindi with 1tsp of oil, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, amchur in a bowl and marinate for 15min
  • Add besan, rice flour and mix well
  • Heat rest of oil in a pan
  • Add the marinated mixture and cook in low flame until bhindis are crispy
  • Turn the bhindis occasionally so that it roasts evenly
  • Serve hot with rotis or rice
