Instructions
Mix cut bhindi with 1tsp of oil, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, amchur in a bowl and marinate for 15min
Add besan, rice flour and mix well
Heat rest of oil in a pan
Add the marinated mixture and cook in low flame until bhindis are crispy
Turn the bhindis occasionally so that it roasts evenly
Serve hot with rotis or rice
