Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cup Long grain Rice
- 2 cup Vegetable broth
- 20 gm Butter / வெண்ணெய்
- ¼ cup Spring Onion - finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - finely chopped
- ½ nos Carrot / காரெட் - diced
- 4 nos Bay leaf, Dry - finely chopped
- 1 nos Capsicum, Big - finely chopped
- ½ cup Onion / வெங்காயம் - long cut
- 4 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
- 3 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce
- 3 tsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
- ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
Instructions
- Cook rice with vegetable broth, butter
- Allow it to cool, break it up well, refrigerate it in a freezer for 3~4hrs
- Heat oil in a pan (preferably a wok)
- Add onion fry it until golden brown
- Add cabbage, beans, carrot, capsicum, green chili, spring onion, fry them well
- Add cooked rice, mix well with fried vegetables, toss well
- Add salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, stir fry, toss well
- Add vinegar, toss well
- Garnish with coriander
Notes
Serve hot along with cauli flower manchurian
