Instructions
Cook rice with vegetable broth, butter
Allow it to cool, break it up well, refrigerate it in a freezer for 3~4hrs
Heat oil in a pan (preferably a wok)
Add onion fry it until golden brown
Add cabbage, beans, carrot, capsicum, green chili, spring onion, fry them well
Add cooked rice, mix well with fried vegetables, toss well
Add salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, stir fry, toss well
Add vinegar, toss well
Garnish with coriander
Notes
Serve hot along with cauli flower manchurian
