Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower - cut into flowerets
  • 1 cup Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
  • 2 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add cumin and allow it to splutter
  • Add ginger, garlic paste and fry for a min
  • Add onion and fry until transparent
  • Add tomato and fry until mushy
  • Add fresh green peas and mix well
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, mix well and cook for a min
  • Add cauliflower, little water and cook until tender, stirring occasionally
  • Add fresh cream, mix well and cook for 2 min in low flame
  • Switch off flame
  • Garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot with roti
