Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Spinach leaves / பசலைக்கீரை - blanched n chopped
  • 2 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - boiled, peeled n grated
  • ¾ cup Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி - boiled n mashed
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tsp Mango powder, Dry
  • 1 tsp Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - paste
  • 1 cup Gram flour / கடலை மாவு
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 10 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Roast gram flour in a pan until it gives aromatic and starts changing color [do not over roast]
  • Mix spinach, potato, green peas, ginger, green chili and mix well
  • Add chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, gram flour and mix well into thick kabab mixture
  • Shape them into round patties
  • Shallow pan fry them with little oil until golden brown

Notes

Serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup
