Instructions
Roast gram flour in a pan until it gives aromatic and starts changing color [do not over roast]
Mix spinach, potato, green peas, ginger, green chili and mix well
Add chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, gram flour and mix well into thick kabab mixture
Shape them into round patties
Shallow pan fry them with little oil until golden brown
Notes
Serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup
