Kal Dosai
Idli Batter - 4cup
Oil - 3tbsp
Ingredients
- 4 cup Idli Batter / இட்லி மாவு
- 3 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Let idli batter rest for a day
- Heat dosa tawa in a medium flame
- Take a ladle full of batter spread evenly
- Allow it to cook for a min
- When pores start forming lower the flame
- Pour 1tsp of oil over the dosa and cook for additional 1min
- You may optionally cover the tawa with a lid
- You may optionally flip the dosa so that the other side also roasts
Notes
Serve hot with chutney and sambar
