Instructions
 

  • Let idli batter rest for a day
  • Heat dosa tawa in a medium flame
  • Take a ladle full of batter spread evenly
  • Allow it to cook for a min
  • When pores start forming lower the flame
  • Pour 1tsp of oil over the dosa and cook for additional 1min
  • You may optionally cover the tawa with a lid
  • You may optionally flip the dosa so that the other side also roasts

Notes

Serve hot with chutney and sambar
