Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
Let idli batter rest for a day
Heat dosa tawa in a medium flame
Take a ladle full of batter spread evenly
Allow it to cook for a min
When pores start forming lower the flame
Pour 1tsp of oil over the dosa and cook for additional 1min
You may optionally cover the tawa with a lid
You may optionally flip the dosa so that the other side also roasts
Notes
Serve hot with chutney and sambar
