Kuri Gohan
Ingredients
- 2 cup Japanese Rice
- 100 gm Chestnut - Kuri
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 50 ml Cooking Sake
- 50 ml Mirin
- 1 strip Dry Kombu
- 2 tsp Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு
Instructions
- Rinse the rice, soak for 20~30min along with kombu
- Add ½tsp of salt, mirin, cooking sake, mix well
- Add chestnut on top and cook the rice until tender
- Dry roast black sesame, rest of salt
Notes
Serve rice hot garnishing with sesame, salt mix
