Sesame seed, Black / எள்ளு, கருப்பு
Instructions
Rinse the rice, soak for 20~30min along with kombu
Add ½tsp of salt, mirin, cooking sake, mix well
Add chestnut on top and cook the rice until tender
Dry roast black sesame, rest of salt
Notes
Serve rice hot garnishing with sesame, salt mix
