Makaron Wstążki Pasta
Ingredients
- 400 gm Makaron Wstążki - cooked until al dente
- 200 gm Brussels Sprouts
- 5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - minced
- 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 1 tsp Basil leaves, Fresh - powder
- 1 tsp Parsley leaves, Fresh - powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
- 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese - grated
- 250 ml High fat Milk
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust according to your taste
Instructions
- Cut half of brussels sprouts into 4 parts, rest half into halves
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add garlic, fry well
- Add brussels sprouts that are cut into 4 parts, fry well
- Spread the brussels sprouts aside and make room
- Place brussels sprouts that are cut into half, fry it well in low flame until brown, do not char it
- Sprinkle a little salt over it
- Add basil, parsley powder, mix well
- Add milk, bring it to a boil
- Add parmesan cheese, pepper powder, salt, mix well
- Once the sauce thickens a little add cooked pasta, mix well
- Garnish with little parmesan cheese, basil, parsley
