Heat olive oil in a pan
Add garlic, fry well
Add brussels sprouts that are cut into 4 parts, fry well
Spread the brussels sprouts aside and make room
Place brussels sprouts that are cut into half, fry it well in low flame until brown, do not char it
Sprinkle a little salt over it
Add basil, parsley powder, mix well
Add milk, bring it to a boil
Add parmesan cheese, pepper powder, salt, mix well
Once the sauce thickens a little add cooked pasta, mix well
Garnish with little parmesan cheese, basil, parsley
