Mango Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 200 ml High Fat Milk
- 200 ml Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Agar powder - You can use Gelatin too, if you do not have restriction to eat animal extract
- 1 cup Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 ml Mango pulp
Instructions
- Dissolve agar/gelatin in 2tbsp of cold water/milk
- In a saucepan heat milk, cream, sugar until sugar dissolves
- Add mango pulp
- Add dissolved agar and stir well until agar dissolves evenly
- Bring to a boil
- Remove from heat
- Add vanilla extract, mix well
- Allow it to cool
- Fill in small cups, bring to room temperature, refrigerate overnight or at least 4hrs

Serve cold
