Masala Lassi
Ingredients
- 500 ml Curd / தயிர்
- 5 pods Garlic / பூண்டு
- 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
- 1 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய்
- 2 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
- 2 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to taste
- 1½ ltr Water / தண்ணீர்
Instructions
- Churn curd well
- Heat a pan and dry fry garlic
- Once garlic turns light brown in color, add curry leaves and jeera and fry well
- While it is hot grind them well in a hand grinder
- Mix the ground powder to curd and add water
Notes
Variation * You could add kala namak (black salt) instead of usual salt * You could add cold water
