Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 2 – 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
  • 5 – 6 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Fenugreek leaves, Fresh / வெந்தயக் கீரை - finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை - finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your 2taste
  • 2 cup Sour Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Cooking Soda

for frying

  • 150 gm Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast oats in a pan
  • Add little oil in a pan and fry onion, garlic, green chili well until raw smell goes off
  • Mix rice flour, roast oats and all other ingredients with yogurt and mix well to make a dough consistency [add little water, if required]
  • Heat oil in the paniyaram frying pan
  • Add little dough in each kuzhi and fry well
  • Repeat this until the dough completes
  • Serve hot with coconut/coriander chutney or sambar
