Ingredients
  

  • 1 ltr Milk / பால்
  • 100 gm Jaggery / வெல்லம் - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
  • 1 pinch Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய் - powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Powder the jaggery
  • Boil milk in a heavy bottom non-stick pan
  • Stir continuously in high flame until boil
  • Simmer the flame once milk starts boiling and keep stirring regularly
  • The volume of milk will reduce by ¼
  • Add powdered jaggery and keep stirring continuously for 5~10min
  • Once the mixture solidifies add ghee, cardamom power and mix well

Notes

Variation
* Instead of Jaggery you may use Sugar too
