Paal Kova
Ingredients
- 1 ltr Milk / பால்
- 100 gm Jaggery / வெல்லம் - adjust to your taste
- 1 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
- 1 pinch Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய் - powder (optional)
Instructions
- Powder the jaggery
- Boil milk in a heavy bottom non-stick pan
- Stir continuously in high flame until boil
- Simmer the flame once milk starts boiling and keep stirring regularly
- The volume of milk will reduce by ¼
- Add powdered jaggery and keep stirring continuously for 5~10min
- Once the mixture solidifies add ghee, cardamom power and mix well
