Instructions
Powder the jaggery
Boil milk in a heavy bottom non-stick pan
Stir continuously in high flame until boil
Simmer the flame once milk starts boiling and keep stirring regularly
The volume of milk will reduce by ¼
Add powdered jaggery and keep stirring continuously for 5~10min
Once the mixture solidifies add ghee, cardamom power and mix well

* Instead of Jaggery you may use Sugar too
