Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Garlic / பூண்டு - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Wrap asparagus in a cellophane paper and microwave for a min
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic and sauté until golden brown
  • Simmer the flame
  • Add asparagus and toss it well so that it mixes with oil
  • Add salt and ground black pepper mix well
  • Serve hot
