Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு
  • 50 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Italian Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut Potato into wedges
  • Boil the potato for 10~15min in salted water, make sure the potato does not split
  • Drain water and dry the potatoes
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Shallow fry potatoes until they turn golden brown in all sides
  • Toss with the oregano, mixed herbs and ½tsp of salt

Notes

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
