Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 500 gm Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு
- 50 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Italian Mixed herbs
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு
Instructions
- Wash and cut Potato into wedges
- Boil the potato for 10~15min in salted water, make sure the potato does not split
- Drain water and dry the potatoes
- Heat oil in a pan
- Shallow fry potatoes until they turn golden brown in all sides
- Toss with the oregano, mixed herbs and ½tsp of salt
Notes
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
