Instructions
Wash and cut Potato into wedges
Boil the potato for 10~15min in salted water, make sure the potato does not split
Drain water and dry the potatoes
Heat oil in a pan
Shallow fry potatoes until they turn golden brown in all sides
Toss with the oregano, mixed herbs and ½tsp of salt
Notes
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
