Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
- 250 gm Pumpkin / பரங்கிக் காய் - cut into cubes
- 500 ml Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
- 4 tbsp Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
- 1 tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
Instructions
- Add butternut squash, vegetable broth and pressure cook it for 5~6 whistles
- Blend them in a blender and strain if required
- Add salt, sugar and dissolve them thoroughly
- Add fresh cream and mix thoroughly bring to a boil
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve hot along with bread croutons
