Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower - cut into florets
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - sliced
  • 4 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - un-peeled
  • 2 sprig Thyme/Rosemary - chopped
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated

Instructions
 

  • Toss cauliflower, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, olive oil, thyme/rosemary
  • Allow it to rest for 10min
  • Pre-heat oven to 210°C
  • Transfer to an oven-safe plate
  • Roast it for 15min
  • Toss a bit and roast again for 10min
  • Garnish with thyme/rosemary
