Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 nos Cauliflower - cut into florets
- 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - sliced
- 4 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - un-peeled
- 2 sprig Thyme/Rosemary - chopped
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt - adjust to your taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 2 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
Instructions
- Toss cauliflower, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, olive oil, thyme/rosemary
- Allow it to rest for 10min
- Pre-heat oven to 210°C
- Transfer to an oven-safe plate
- Roast it for 15min
- Toss a bit and roast again for 10min
- Garnish with thyme/rosemary
