Instructions
Toss cauliflower, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, olive oil, thyme/rosemary
Allow it to rest for 10min
Pre-heat oven to 210°C
Transfer to an oven-safe plate
Roast it for 15min
Toss a bit and roast again for 10min
Garnish with thyme/rosemary
Notes
