Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Bell Pepper / குடை மிளகாய் - cut into half
  • 1 cup Left over Rice
  • 1 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
  • 3 nos Garlic / பூண்டு - chopped
  • 1 tsp Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - chopped
  • 1 bunch Curry leaves, Fresh / கருவேப்பிலை
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds - peeled n crushed
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு - crushed
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp All Spice powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - , adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic, sauté well
  • Add onion, sauté well
  • Add green chili, curry leaves, fry well
  • Add pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, allspice, garam masala, salt, mix well
  • Finally, add leftover rice, mix well
  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  • Grease bell pepper with olive oil
  • Fill the rice mix tightly
  • Wrap with aluminium foil, bake for 20min
  • Remove aluminium foil, bake for another 15~20min
