Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic, sauté well
Add onion, sauté well
Add green chili, curry leaves, fry well
Add pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, allspice, garam masala, salt, mix well
Finally, add leftover rice, mix well
Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Grease bell pepper with olive oil
Fill the rice mix tightly
Wrap with aluminium foil, bake for 20min
Remove aluminium foil, bake for another 15~20min
