Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Cauliflower - chopped into florets [I made it with whole cauliflower though]
  • cup Yogurt / தயிர் - hung in a cloth for 45min
  • ½ tbsp Ginger / இஞ்சி - paste
  • 3 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - crushed
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek leaves, Dry / வெந்தய இலை, உலர்ந்தது
  • 2 tbsp Besan flour / கடலை மாவு - roasted
  • 2 ts[ Lemon / எலுமிச்சம் பழம் - juice
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped

Instructions
 

  • Steam cauliflower florets along with little salt for 5min
  • Switch off and let the florets rest in boiled water for 5min
  • Drain water, keep aside
  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Add cauliflower florets and mix well
  • Marinate for 1~2hr
  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C
  • Grill or bake for 25~30min or until they are golden brown
  • Garnish with coriander leaves

Notes

Serve along with mint chutney
