Instructions
Steam cauliflower florets along with little salt for 5min
Switch off and let the florets rest in boiled water for 5min
Drain water, keep aside
Mix all ingredients well
Add cauliflower florets and mix well
Marinate for 1~2hr
Pre-heat oven to 200°C
Grill or bake for 25~30min or until they are golden brown
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Serve along with mint chutney
