Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Wheat flour (atta)
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste)
  • 2 tsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tbsp Yeast
  • ½ tbsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை

for Pizza Sauce

  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - chopped
  • 4 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - crushed
  • 1 tbsp Butter / வெண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - (adjust to your taste)

For Pizza Topping (except cheese all others are optional)

  • 200 gm Cheese - grated
  • 50 gm Paneer - diced
  • 3 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - long sliced
  • 1 nos Tomato / தக்காளி - diced
  • 2 tbsp Corn
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, Red - long sliced
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, Green - long sliced
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, Yellow - long sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive / ஆலிவ் - sliced
  • 2 tbsp Jalapeño - sliced
  • 1 nos Zucchini - long sliced and grilled
  • 4 nos Baby corn - long cut
  • 2 tbsp Oregano - dried

Instructions
 

Pizza Base

  • Dissolve yeast, sugar in warm water and keep aside for 5~10min
  • Mix wheat flour, salt, olive oil, yeast solution
  • Knead into the dough by adding water little by little
  • Keep aside and allow to rest for 2hrs

Pizza Sauce

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Sauté onion, garlic well
  • Add tomato and sauté until mushy
  • Blend into puree
  • Add salt, black pepper, sugar, mix well

Preparing Pizza

  • Roll into circular base neither too thick or too thin
  • Heat them over hot tawa for 30sec on each side
  • Take out of tawa
  • Spread the pizza sauce over it
  • Top the pizza with varieties of topping of your choice
  • Bake the pizza over hot tawa closed in low flame until cheese melts and the toppings are cooked, be careful not to char the bottom
  • Sprinkle Oregano over
