Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
  • 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி
  • 1 cup Basil leaves, Fresh
  • 1 bunch Parsley leaves, Fresh
  • 2 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts - toasted
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
  • 100 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 100 gm Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Minch tomato, basil, parsley, garlic, pine nut well into a coarse paste
  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Sauté the paste along with parmesan cheese
  • Add salt, pepper and mix well
  • Plate up the pasta and serve with the tomato basil mixture on top
