Tomato Basil Spaghetti with Pine Nuts
Ingredients
- 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
- 2 nos Tomato / தக்காளி
- 1 cup Basil leaves, Fresh
- 1 bunch Parsley leaves, Fresh
- 2 pod Garlic / பூண்டு
- 2 tbsp Pine Nuts - toasted
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
- 100 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 100 gm Parmesan Cheese - grated
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
Instructions
- Minch tomato, basil, parsley, garlic, pine nut well into a coarse paste
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Sauté the paste along with parmesan cheese
- Add salt, pepper and mix well
- Plate up the pasta and serve with the tomato basil mixture on top
