Instructions
Minch tomato, basil, parsley, garlic, pine nut well into a coarse paste
Heat olive oil in a pan
Sauté the paste along with parmesan cheese
Add salt, pepper and mix well
Plate up the pasta and serve with the tomato basil mixture on top
