Tomato Garlic Creamy Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
- 500 gm Tomato / தக்காளி
- 50 gm Garlic / பூண்டு
- 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம்
- 200 ml Fresh Cream / க்ரீம்
- 1 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly crushed
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு
- 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Grind tomato, half of garlic, onion into fine paste, without adding water
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry rest of garlic until golden brown
- Add the ground paste and cook well for 10min
- Add cream and mix well
- Mix cooked spaghetti
- Sprinkle pepper powder
- Serve hot with chili oil
