Tomato n Basil Spaghetti Pasta
Ingredients
- 400 gm Spaghetti Pasta - cooked until al dente
- 400 gm Tomato / தக்காளி - diced
- 50 ml Vegetable Broth
- 10 leaf Basil leaves, Fresh
- 4-5 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - crushed
- 1 tsp Red Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 50 ml Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
- 50 gm Parmesan Cheese - grated
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in pan
- Add garlic, fry well for a mil
- Add red chili flakes, diced tomato, mix well, bring to a boil
- Add sugar, salt, parmesan cheese, vegetable broth, mix well
- Add cooked spaghetti, mix well
- Garnish with basil leaves
Notes
Serve hot with additional parmesan cheese sprinkled over
