Ingredients
  

for Outer Cover

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Water / தண்ணீர்

for Stuffing

  • ½ tsp Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - chopped
  • ½ cup Carrot / காரெட் - chopped
  • ½ cup French Beans, Fresh
  • ¼ cup Spring Onion - chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic / பூண்டு - chopped
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு

Instructions
 

for Outer

  • Knead all purpose flour along with salt, oil and allow it to rest for 30min

for Stuffing

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic and sauté well
  • Add onion and sauté well
  • Add all vegetables, stir fry until edges gets golden brown
  • Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and continue to stir fry
  • Add spring onions and stir fry

Shaping

  • Divide the dough into equal balls
  • Roll them into thin circles, thinner towards edges
  • Add 1tsp of stuffing right in the center of the circle
  • Close it in a manner we get pleats and converge at top
  • Steam all such prepared mono for 5~7min
  • Serve hot along with schezwan sauce and/or tomato chilli sauce
