Dry roast coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, kalonji till fragrant, set aside to cool
Crush the roasted spices into fine powder
Take hung yogurt in a bowl
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, pickle gravy, turmeric powder and mix well
Add a little of the crushed spices to the yogurt and mix well
Add paneer to the yogurt mixture and mix well so that all the pieces are well coated
Marinate for 15 minutes
Heat oil in a non stick pan
String the paneer cubes onto sticks and place them in the pan
Cook, rotating the sticks, so that the paneer cubes get evenly cooked all around
Serve hot
