Drain water from soaked rice and grind it into smooth paste by ading little water to a dosa batter consistency
Add pinch of salt, sugar to it and mix well
Spread this into a thin layer in either banana leaf or in idli plates
Steam cook it for 10~15min
Allow it to cool
Cut them into tiny pieces and wash them in running cold water so that they will not stick to each other
Heat ghee in a pan
Fry rice ada in low flame for few min
Add jaggery water and bring to a boil simmer flame and allow it to thicken
Add thin coconut milk and allow it to thicken again in medium flame
Simmer the flame
Add thick coconut milk bring to a boil
Add cashew nuts, raisins, coconut slices, cardamom powder and mix well
Serve hot or cold
